We're right on Granville Street, easy to spot from the street. There's a coffee shop on the ground floor - grab a latte and come on up. No appointment needed for quick questions, but it's better to book ahead if you wanna sit down and really get into the details.
Sometimes we're out on site visits or meeting with contractors, so it's always smart to call ahead if you're planning a visit.

Nope, first conversation's on us. We'll spend about an hour getting to know your project and seeing if we're a good fit. No strings attached.
Depends on the scope, honestly. A residential design might take 3-6 months from concept to permit-ready drawings. Bigger commercial stuff can run 8-12 months. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand what you need.
Yeah, we've done projects all over BC and even a few in other provinces. If it's further out, we might need to factor in travel, but we're definitely open to it.
Absolutely. We handle all the paperwork and deal with the city on your behalf. That's one of the biggest headaches we take off your plate.
